Shipping & Refunds

Shipping

Hot Knickers Lingerie uses An Post Registered postal service for all orders.

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Shipping rate within Ireland for up to one item €7.50, with an additional €2.50 per item thereafter. Free on orders over €150.
  • Shipping rate within Europe and the UK for up to one item €12.50 with an additional €2.50 per item thereafter.
  • Shipping rate to the Rest of World for up to one item €12.50 with an additional €2.50 per item thereafter.

Every garment is made by hand, every effort will be made to ship your order within 1-2 weeks. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified with the registered tracking number.

United Kingdom: 3-5 Working Days

Europe: 5-7 Working Days

Due to EU hygiene restrictions, Hot Knickers Lingerie cannot offer refunds or exchanges on orders. In the unfortunate event that an item is faulty and never worn please contact: info@hotknickerslingerie.com. All postage cost are covered by the purchaser.
